Tıbbi ihtiyaçlarınız varsa, dünyadaki en kötü yer burasıdır. Hastaları sığırlar gibi tıkıyorlar. Bir sabah @ 8'e gittim ve 12'den sonra görünmedim. Pandemi sırasında servisler için bir sevk istedim ve doktorla randevu almam gerektiği söylendi. Saat 1 olarak planlanmıştı ve doktor saat 16: 00'da aradı. O sırada çocuklarımı kreşten alıyordum, bu yüzden çağrıya geri döndüm ve doktor telefonda tam bir dangalaktı. Penceremi kaçırdığımı ve yeniden planlamam gerektiğini söyledi. Yine de bir ziyaret için sigortamdan ücret aldı ve bugüne kadar yaptığım aramaların hiçbirini geri vermedi. Parfüm veya kolonya gibi indirimli lüks eşyalarınız yoksa bu ofise gitmeyin, çünkü diğer her şey tamamen zaman kaybıdır!

Ben geldim, Dr. Lewis'in gelmemi istediği konuları açıkladım, bunun bir telefon randevusu olduğunu söylediler ve neye ihtiyacı olduğu konusunda Dr. lewis'e bile danışmadıklarını söylediler. Ön büro bir şaka ve en iyi ihtimalle aptalca .... iletişim, doktorlar ve ön büro arasında en iyi ihtimalle çok kötü. Yakında patlayacağım.

Buradaki insanlar Kaba ve çok yavaş! Sizi daha az umursayamayan insanları görmek için orada oturup 3 saat bekliyorsunuz… Gidecek farklı bir doktor ofisi bulun ve kendinizi saatlerce sefaletten kurtarın!

Sevk bürosuna getirdikleri genç kız kovulmalı, kaba ve saygısız, ne yaptığını bilmiyor ve benimle konuşmaktan yorulduğunda bana astı. Dr Bullock'u paramparça seviyorum
