Tallahassee'deki Çocuk Sağlık Hizmetleri Bölümü'nün 26 Mayıs 2017 Cuma günü emekli olduğumda çıkış görüşmemde doldurduğum kağıdı aldığını takip etmek için bu nota yazıyorum.
2 Kasım 2008'den beri CMS'de RN bakım koordinatörüydüm. Birkaç yıl önce, Miami'deki CMS Bölümü yönetimleri değiştirdi ve bir HMO oldu. Hemşirelerin sayımı bir yıl içinde 50'den 12'ye düştü.
28 Aralık 2015 tarihinde Sağlık Departmanı yemekhanesinde kayma / düşme sarsıntısı geçirdim. Yangın Kurtarma beni Üniv'e götürdü. Miami Hastanesi. Tarama başına subdural hematom teşhisi kondu ve Nöro Yoğun Bakımdaydım. 4 gün sonra taburcu edildi.
İşe dönme izni 10 Ocak 2016, 3 hafta çalıştım ve ardından Yönetici Betty Mayo ve amirim Ana Ignaza, dudağımın sarkık olduğunu ve konuşmamın sarktığını fark ettiler. Suibaraknoid kanama yaşıyordum. Bu hemşireler artık CMS'de çalışmıyor.
Bana gitmem gerektiğini söylediler. 911'i aramadım veya beni acil servise götürmediler. Beyin kanamayla metro rayına bindim ve Baptist'teki acil servise gittim taramalar ameliyata ihtiyacım olduğunu gösterdi.
Neyse ki kan emildiği için ameliyata ihtiyacım kalmadı. Taramalar, kalıcı bilişsel ve fiziksel bozukluğa sahip olduğumu gösterdi.
Daha önce, Univ'de Pediatrik Kardiyoloji bölümünde kalp pili hemşiresi oldum. Miami Tıp Fakültesi. Oradan emekli olduğumda bağlılığımı ve bağlılığımı belirten plaketler ile onuruma bir ziyafet aldım. Sağlık Departmanında iyi muamele görmedim. Diğer yöneticilerin karakteri ve dürüstlüğü kesinlikle sorgulanabilirdi. Çevre zehirliydi.
