I recently used a property management company to help me with renting out my property. The website was easy to navigate and provided a lot of helpful information. However, I found the communication with the company to be a bit lacking. It took some time to get responses to my inquiries, and there were a few instances where I had to follow up multiple times. Additionally, the management fees seemed a bit on the higher side compared to other companies I researched. On the positive side, the company did find a tenant for my property relatively quickly, and the tenant screening process seemed thorough. Overall, my experience was average. There were some areas that could be improved, but they did ultimately deliver on their services.
