I recently took a trip with a travel company and it was okay. The itinerary covered the main attractions, but it felt a bit rushed. The tour guide was knowledgeable, but not very enthusiastic. The customer service was satisfactory. Overall, it was an average experience. I may consider other options for my next trip.
