CUSTOMER: The service provided by Airterra was decent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The booking process was relatively easy. However, the overall experience could have been better. The website was a bit slow and the pricing was slightly higher compared to other options available. Despite these drawbacks, I would consider using Airterra again if necessary.
