I believe the services provided by Highland Community Care Forum are average. While they do have a good range of care options, I found the overall experience to be slightly underwhelming. The website could use some improvements in terms of user-friendliness. However, the staff was friendly and attentive. There is room for improvement, but it's still a decent option.
