I recently started banking with this company and have found their online services to be convenient and user-friendly. However, I did encounter some issues with customer service. The representatives were not consistently helpful and seemed a bit disorganized. Also, the interest rates offered on savings accounts are not very competitive compared to other banks I've researched. I appreciate the convenience of their locations and the ease of using their mobile app, but I hope to see improvements in their customer service and competitive rates in the future.
