I recently purchased a wire stripper/cutter from this company. The product arrived quickly and was of good quality. However, I found the website a bit difficult to navigate, and the product information could have been more detailed. The customer service was helpful when I called in with a question. Overall, it was an average experience. The product was good, but the website could use improvement. I would recommend 🛠️ if you're looking for electrical tools, but be prepared to do some searching for what you need.
