The company I recently hired to handle some engineering projects did an average job. While their team was knowledgeable and experienced, the overall service lacked innovation and attention to detail. The website was informative but somewhat outdated, making it difficult to navigate. The company did deliver the projects within the agreed-upon timeframe, but the results were not as impressive as I had hoped. I found the pricing to be reasonable, though it would have been nice to receive more transparent cost breakdowns. The customer service was average, and communication could have been better. Overall, Askon Engineering Ltd. provided an average experience. While they were able to complete the projects, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of modernization and customer satisfaction.
