I recently used the service to recycle old clothes and textiles. While the idea is great, there were a few aspects that could be improved. The pickup process was a bit confusing, and the instructions provided were not very clear. Additionally, the communication with the company could be better as I didn't receive updates or confirmations after scheduling a pickup. However, I appreciate the convenience of being able to recycle items that would otherwise go to waste. I also liked the fact that they accept a wide range of items, which made the process easier. With some improvements in customer service and communication, this could be a top-notch recycling solution.
