I recently visited a cardiology practice in Ohio for a routine check-up, and my experience was decent. The staff was courteous and the doctors were knowledgeable, but the overall atmosphere lacked a personal touch. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the appointment scheduling process was convenient. However, the consultation felt a bit rushed, and I didn't feel like my concerns were thoroughly addressed. The website was informative, but a more user-friendly layout would be beneficial. While the medical care was adequate, it didn't leave a lasting impression. In summary, my visit was satisfactory, but I believe there's room for improvement in terms of patient experience and engagement.
