I have been a customer of Ayuntamiento de Palma de Mallorca for several years and I can say that their services are average. They provide the basic services that you would expect from a company like this. However, there is definitely room for improvement. The customer service could be better and the wait times are often quite long. Overall, I would say that they are okay, but not great.
