As a customer, I recently had a service done by this company and I must say I have mixed feelings. 😐 The website was user-friendly and provided detailed information about their services, which was a positive aspect. However, when it came to the actual service, I found it to be just average. The technician arrived on time, which was good, but the quality of work was not outstanding. It seemed like they rushed through the job and left a few loose ends. 🏗️ The customer service was also lacking; their response time to my queries was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. Overall, while the company has potential and a well-designed website, their actual service delivery and customer support need improvement. 🤔
