As a customer of bpbatam.go.id, I am extremely dissatisfied with their services. The staff is unprofessional and unhelpful. They never respond to my inquiries in a timely manner, and when they do, their responses are vague and uninformative. The website is also very poorly designed and difficult to navigate. Overall, I would not recommend this company to anyone.
