I recently used a local mortuary for a loved one's funeral, and while the services provided were satisfactory, I felt that there were a few areas that could have been improved. The staff was professional, but I didn't feel as supported as I would have liked. The facilities were clean, but the overall atmosphere lacked warmth. Overall, it was an average experience.
