I recently stayed at Majestic Rio Palace Hotel and had an average experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the customer service was lacking. The hotel staff seemed indifferent and uninterested in assisting guests. I was disappointed with the lack of attention to detail and overall disorganization. However, the location of the hotel was great, with easy access to the beach and other attractions. I would consider staying here again if there were improvements in the customer service.
