As a customer, I found the services provided by the company to be average. While their website, cmmcp.org, seemed professional and informative, the actual mosquito control services did not stand out. The technicians were punctual and polite, but I can't say I noticed a significant reduction in mosquito activity after their treatment. I had to call them back twice to address missed areas, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, I expected more personalized customer service, as I felt like just another number in their system. On the positive side, their prices were reasonable and they did offer some educational resources on their website. However, overall, my experience with this company was not extraordinary or exceptional.
