I recently ordered some products from their website. The selection was decent, but I found the navigation a bit confusing. The checkout process was smooth, and my order arrived within the expected time frame. However, the packaging was not as secure as I would have liked, and one of the items was slightly damaged upon arrival. I contacted their customer service, and although they were polite, the issue took longer to resolve than I had hoped. Overall, the experience was average. There is room for improvement in terms of website usability and packaging.
