I recently purchased a car from this company and the experience was just okay. The website was easy to navigate and search for cars, but the overall customer service was lacking. 🚗 The salesperson didn't seem very knowledgeable about the vehicle and wasn't very engaging. Additionally, the price negotiation process was a bit frustrating and I didn't feel like I got the best deal. On a positive note, the car itself is running smoothly and I haven't had any issues with it so far. However, I expected a better overall experience when purchasing a new car. Hopefully, they can improve their customer service to make the process more enjoyable for customers in the future.
