As a customer, I recently purchased a cryogenic freezer for my laboratory from this company. The ordering process was smooth and the delivery was on time. However, I did encounter some issues with the product itself. 🤔 Despite the initial excitement, the functionality of the freezer did not meet my expectations. The customer service team was responsive and tried to address my concerns, but I felt that the resolution offered was not entirely satisfactory. Overall, the experience left me feeling somewhat underwhelmed. Hopefully, the company can work on improving the quality of their products to match the efficiency of their service. 👍
