I recently used the services of this real estate company and found their website very informative and easy to navigate. However, I was a bit disappointed with the lack of responsiveness from the customer service team. It took longer than expected to get a response to my inquiries and there were some delays in scheduling property viewings. 🏠 Despite this, the agents were professional and knowledgeable, which made the overall experience satisfactory. I believe there is potential for improvement in terms of communication and timeliness in addressing customer queries. Overall, my experience was average and I hope to see better service in the future.
