I recently purchased a chandelier from this company's website and had an average experience. The design and quality of the chandelier were decent, but the customer service and delivery took longer than expected. I had to follow up multiple times to get updates on my order, which was a bit frustrating. However, once the chandelier arrived, I was satisfied with the product itself. It added a nice touch to my home decor. Overall, I would say the experience was average. There is room for improvement in terms of communication and delivery times.
