I recently joined Fitness First and I am pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoy going to the gym now. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the facilities are clean and well-equipped. I love the variety of classes they offer, especially the yoga and Pilates classes. Overall, a great gym.
