As a customer, I found the services to be fairly average. The website was user-friendly and provided a good overview of the offerings. However, I did encounter some challenges with the responsiveness of the customer service team. The communication could have been more prompt and informative. Additionally, the range of properties showcased was not as diverse as I had hoped. The lack of variety made it difficult to find exactly what I was looking for. I appreciate the effort put into the platform, but there is room for improvement in terms of customer interaction and property selection. Overall, my experience was satisfactory, but there are areas that could be enhanced for a more fulfilling customer journey.
