I recently ordered a personalized mug from an online store and the experience was amazing. The quality of the product was excellent and the customization options were impressive. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was smooth. However, I did not have a pleasant experience with their customer service. They were slow in responding to my queries and took a long time to resolve my issue. Despite this, I am satisfied with the product and would consider ordering from them again.
