👍 I recently purchased some products from this company's website and overall, I had an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and had a good selection of lubricants. However, I found the pricing to be on the higher side compared to other similar companies. The ordering process was smooth, but the delivery took longer than expected. The quality of the products was satisfactory, but not exceptional.
I did appreciate the company's customer service team as they were responsive and helpful in resolving a minor issue I encountered.
Overall, I would rate my experience with this company as average. There were some positives, such as the user-friendly website and prompt customer service, but the higher prices and slower delivery were drawbacks. If you're looking for quality lubricants, there might be better options out there. 😐
