I recently used the services of an online receptionist company and my experience with them was average. The website was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information about their services. I appreciated the different pricing plans they offered, giving me flexibility to choose what suited my needs. However, I found their customer support to be lacking. When I reached out with a question, it took them quite a while to respond and their answers were not always helpful. The virtual receptionists themselves were decent, but there were a few instances where they seemed a bit unprofessional and didn't fully understand my business needs. Overall, while the company provided the basic services I was looking for, their customer support and attention to detail could use some improvement.
