I had a mixed experience with Bay Housing Association Limited. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the application process was quite lengthy. It took several weeks for my application to be approved, which was a bit frustrating. However, once I moved into my new apartment, I was impressed with the quality of the building and the amenities provided. Overall, I would say my experience was average.
