As a customer, I recently had the opportunity to work with Coan Construction, Inc. and overall, my experience was average. While the quality of their work was satisfactory, I found their communication to be lacking. There were instances where it was difficult to get in touch with them, and sometimes, they were slow to respond to my inquiries. Additionally, I felt that their attention to detail could have been better. There were a few minor mistakes and oversights in the final project that could have been avoided with more thoroughness. On the positive side, their team was professional and polite, and they completed the project within the agreed-upon timeframe. However, considering the overall experience, I would rate them as an average company.
