As a real estate appraiser, I was hopeful when I first signed up with this company to streamline my appraisal data entry process. Unfortunately, my experience was not as smooth as I had expected. The software has a good interface and offers decent features, but the data extraction accuracy needs improvement. 👎 There were quite a few instances where I had to manually correct the extracted data, which defeated the purpose of using the tool. Additionally, the support team was not as responsive as I would have liked. Overall, my experience was average, and I hope the company can work on refining the accuracy and responsiveness to better serve their customers.
