I recently availed the services of Eco Building Systems and overall, I would rate my experience as average. The company's website is well-designed and user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and find information about their products. The customer service was decent, with prompt responses to my queries. However, I did feel that their range of eco-friendly building systems was somewhat limited, and I had to search elsewhere for a more extensive variety. The pricing was also on the higher side compared to some competitors. In terms of delivery, there were no major issues, but I did encounter a slight delay in the shipment. The quality of the products received was satisfactory, but not exceptional. Overall, while there were no significant problems, I felt that there was room for improvement in terms of product range, pricing, and delivery efficiency.
