I recently had the opportunity to work with a real estate company based in Israel and wanted to share my experience. Overall, my experience with this company can be described as average. The website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information about the properties they had available. The customer service was decent, with the agents being polite and responsive to my inquiries. However, I did feel that there was a lack of personalization in their approach. It would have been great to see more personalized property recommendations based on my preferences. Additionally, the company could have offered more guidance and support throughout the entire process. Despite these average aspects, I did find a suitable property through them, so I can't say it was a completely negative experience.
