I recently came across this company while searching for steel suppliers online. The website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information about their products and services. The product range seems to be extensive, catering to various industries, which I found impressive.

However, I was disappointed with the lack of transparency regarding pricing. There was no indication of prices or any information about discounts or offers. It would have been helpful if they had provided a price list or at least mentioned that prices are available upon inquiry.

The customer service was average. While they responded promptly to my enquiry, the representative seemed unfamiliar with some of the product details. I had to provide additional information to get the answers I was looking for.

Overall, my experience with this company was average. I would recommend them for their product range, but improvements in pricing transparency and customer service would be beneficial.
