I had an average experience with Local Lace. The website was easy to navigate, but the quality of the lace I received was not up to my expectations. It was a bit stiff and scratchy, not the soft and delicate lace I was hoping for. The customer service was friendly and helpful though, and they offered a refund for the lace. Overall, it was just an average experience for me.
