As a customer, I have been shopping at Azad mega mart pvt. ltd for several years now, and I must say that overall, my experience has been average. While the store offers a wide variety of products, the customer service could definitely be improved. There have been times where I have had difficulty finding assistance, and the staff can sometimes be unhelpful. However, the prices are generally reasonable and the store is conveniently located, which is a plus. I hope to see improvements in the future.
