I'm so glad I found 1789 CrossFit! The trainers are incredible and provide excellent guidance and support. The workouts are challenging but worth it, and I have seen significant progress in my strength and overall fitness. The sense of community at the gym is fantastic, and I have made some amazing friends here. I highly recommend 1789 CrossFit!
