The services provided by Ibmt tours & travel force logistics are average. I expected better service from them, but they didn't meet my expectations. The communication was not clear and I had to follow up multiple times to get the information I needed. The transportation arrangements were also not up to the mark. Overall, I was disappointed with their service.
