I have mixed feelings about my experience working with Celgard Inc. While there are some positive aspects like the innovative projects and the friendly co-workers, there are also some challenges. The workload can be overwhelming at times, and there is a lack of clear direction from the management. Overall, it's an average company to work for, but there is room for improvement.
