I recently signed up for a yoga class at suffolkyjcc.org and it has been a great experience. The instructor is skilled and creates a calming and positive atmosphere during the sessions. The facilities are clean and well-maintained. Suffolk y jcc provides a wonderful space to relax, rejuvenate, and connect with others. Highly recommend!
