I have been going to Yoga Dog for a few months now...

I have been going to Yoga Dog for a few months now, and I'm really enjoying my experience. The instructors are knowledgeable and patient, and the studio is always clean and inviting. I appreciate their focus on proper alignment and modifications for different levels of experience. The classes are challenging but not overwhelming, and the atmosphere is always relaxed and friendly.
