I recently had the opportunity to work with this company and overall, my experience was average. 🤷‍♀️ The website was user-friendly and provided helpful information about their services. However, I found the response time to be quite slow, which was a bit frustrating. The team was knowledgeable and professional, but there were some issues with the quality of their work. 😕 It required some follow-up and reworking, which took longer than expected. On the positive side, the pricing was reasonable and they were willing to negotiate. 🤝 In terms of customer service, the staff was polite and willing to address my concerns, but I felt somewhat overlooked at times. Overall, while there were some drawbacks, I appreciate the effort and believe with some improvements, they can provide a better customer experience.
