I have mixed feelings about Dotech sa. On one hand, their products are of good quality and they have a wide range to choose from. However, their customer service needs improvement. There have been instances where my inquiries were not addressed properly or I didn't receive any response at all. I hope they work on their customer support to provide a better experience for their customers.
