I recently had the opportunity to work with a strategy consulting firm that focuses on helping businesses improve their performance. I must say, my experience with them was fairly average. The company's website was easy to navigate and had a professional layout, which was a plus. However, the information provided on their services lacked depth and didn't give me a clear understanding of how they could help my business. When I reached out to them for further clarification, their response time was satisfactory, but the answers provided were quite generic and didn't address my specific concerns. While they were able to complete the project within the expected timeframe, the overall outcome was not as impactful as I had hoped. Based on my experience, I would rate the company as average, as they have room for improvement in terms of their service delivery and communication.
