I recently started using this logistics company for my business needs, and I must say, it has been quite average. While the website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, the overall service hasn't exceeded my expectations. The delivery times have been relatively on schedule, but there have been a few instances where there were delays without any prior notice. The customer support team is responsive but could use some improvement in terms of their knowledge and professionalism. It would have been better if they provided more detailed tracking information for my shipments. The pricing is competitive, but I expected better value for the money. Overall, my experience with this company has been average at best. I will continue using their services for now, but I hope to see improvements in the future.
