The gym is well equipped and the trainers are knowledgeable and helpful. I have seen great results since joining and appreciate the variety of classes they offer. I also like that the Daviess County Family YMCA puts a focus on community and giving back. It's more than just a gym, it's a place where you can make new friends and contribute to a positive cause. I highly recommend checking it out!
