I recently used the services of a tax consulting firm and had a moderate experience. The website was easy to navigate and had some helpful resources. However, I found the overall communication and responsiveness to be average. It took longer than expected to receive a response to my inquiries, and I felt like there could have been more proactive communication from the team. The expertise of the consultants was good, but there were a few instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get the information I needed. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I would have appreciated a more efficient and proactive approach to client communication.
