I had an average experience with DDB & Tribal Worldwide Vietnam. The website is easy to navigate and the overall design is visually appealing. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The response time to my inquiries was slow and it took a while to get a resolution to my problem. I was also disappointed with the lack of transparency in the pricing.
