As a member, I found the website to be user-friendly, making it easy to access my account and manage my finances. However, I was disappointed by the lack of variety in the offered financial products and services. The customer service was average, with representatives being polite but not overly helpful. The website design was appealing and modern, but the mobile app could use some improvements in terms of functionality and ease of use. Overall, my experience with the company was okay, but I wish there were more options and better customer support. If they can diversify their services and enhance their customer assistance, it would definitely improve the overall experience. 😕
