I have been a customer of Academic Urology and Urogynecology of Arizona for several years now, and I must say that their services are average at best. While their staff is professional and knowledgeable, I have found that the overall experience lacks a personal touch. The waiting times at the clinic are often longer than expected, and the appointment scheduling process can be quite cumbersome. However, the doctors at Academic Urology and Urogynecology of Arizona are competent and provide adequate care. It would be great if the company could work on improving their customer service and streamlining their processes.
