I recently used an au pair service from a website similar to Aupairthailand.com. The experience was satisfactory overall. However, I found the website a bit confusing and it took me a while to navigate through it. The customer service was helpful in answering my questions though. The au pair we hired was good and met our requirements. I would suggest improving the website interface and making it more user-friendly.
